Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a seamless flow of services and exceptional customer experiences

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, maximizing salon revenue

- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar leadership role within the beauty industry
- Strong knowledge of salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, driving performance and achieving targets
- Basic financial acumen with experience in budgeting and sales analysis
Preferred:
- Cosmetology license or relevant certifications
