Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Accounting (General Ledger) to lead our accounting team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in general ledger management and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
