Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Gas Station Manager to oversee the daily operations of our gas station and convenience store. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, managing staff, and driving operational efficiencies to enhance profitability while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of station operations, including fuel sales, convenience store management, and staffing.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability while ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment and enhance customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain processes to ensure product availability and minimize waste.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a gas station or convenience store environment.
