Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee our front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless service delivery. In this role, you will lead our front desk team, manage daily operations, and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Supervise front office staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, to foster a high-performing team
- Manage daily front office operations, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and concierge services
- Develop and implement efficient front office procedures and policies to streamline operations
- Monitor guest feedback and respond to inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery and resolve issues proactively
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement in front office operations
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in front office management or similar roles within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest relations
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of service
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Experience in budget management and revenue optimization strategies
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and performance metrics
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Maestro, or similar)
