Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen environment. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and staff scheduling

- Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff, promoting teamwork and a high-performance culture

- Implement cost control measures to minimize waste and optimize profitability
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a kitchen management role or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
- Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Culinary degree or relevant certifications
- Experience with menu development and cost control
- Familiarity with various culinary styles and dietary restrictions
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in kitchen management software and inventory systems
- Understanding of food production processes and techniques
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and scheduling tools
