- Utilize editing software to perform preliminary edits, including cutting scenes, adding transitions, and syncing audio.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure alignment on project goals, deadlines, and creative direction.
- Maintain organized project files and adhere to established workflows for efficient editing processes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in film editing or post-production.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid Media Composer.
- Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and visual composition.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects software like After Effects or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with sound editing and design principles.
- Previous experience in a collaborative production environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
