Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Director of Field Marketing to lead our strategic marketing initiatives across multiple markets. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive field marketing strategy that aligns with our overarching business objectives, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through innovative and impactful campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven field marketing strategies that resonate with local target audiences and drive measurable results.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns, events, and programs that support regional sales efforts and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives, providing tools and resources that empower sales teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
- Oversee the planning and execution of regional events, webinars, and conferences that elevate our brand presence and foster community engagement.
- Develop and manage budgets for field marketing programs, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in field marketing, with a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
- Extensive experience in leading and managing marketing teams, with strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.
Preferred:
- Experience in the technology sector or a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure campaign performance and engage with data.
- Understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and digital marketing trends.
