Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Field Investigation Manager to lead our investigative team in conducting thorough and effective field investigations. This role is critical in ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and maintaining the integrity of our operations. You will leverage your expertise to develop investigative strategies, guide teams in complex investigations, and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of field investigations, ensuring adherence to protocols and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Develop investigation plans and methodologies to assess incidents, gather evidence, and generate comprehensive reports.
- Lead and mentor a team of investigators, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure investigative findings are communicated effectively and acted upon.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on investigative techniques, compliance standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Analyze investigation data and trends to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in field investigations, compliance, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of investigative protocols and legal compliance standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex investigations and lead teams effectively.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications in investigations or compliance.
- Experience in a managerial role within an investigative or compliance function.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques to enhance investigation processes.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in case management software and investigative tools.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and data analysis.
