Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Feed Mill Lab Technician to oversee our laboratory operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong understanding of feed formulation, nutritional analysis, and laboratory equipment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Food Science, or a related field
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
- Knowledge of quality assurance processes and regulatory compliance in the feed industry
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in laboratory techniques for nutritional analysis, microbiological testing, and physical property evaluations
- Familiarity with analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, and spectrophotometers
- Strong data analysis skills, including experience with statistical software and quality control methodologies
