Role Overview
We are looking for a visionary Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and drive the innovation of our dining experiences. Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a culinary leadership role, with a strong background in menu development and food production
- Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and leading high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and nutrition
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Passion for culinary arts and a commitment to using high-quality, sustainable ingredients
Preferred Qualifications
- Culinary degree from an accredited institution
- Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools
- Previous experience in a high-volume or multi-unit operation
- Knowledge of food trends and dietary restrictions to cater to diverse clientele
