Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated VIP Casino Host Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance player loyalty and engagement among VIP guests.

- Collaborate with marketing, gaming, and event teams to design exclusive promotions and events for VIP clientele.
- Act as a primary point of contact for VIP guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience at all touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to VIP programs and initiatives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in casino operations or guest services, with a focus on VIP customer relations.
