Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Events to lead our event strategy and execution, driving engagement and connection within our community. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of high-impact events, ranging from large-scale conferences to intimate networking gatherings. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in event management, with a proven track record of leading successful events at various scales.
- Strong understanding of event marketing, logistics, and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Experience in the tech industry or related fields, with familiarity in executing events that target tech-savvy audiences.
- Proficiency in event management software and digital engagement tools.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting for events.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in event management platforms such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to drive decision-making.
