Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, sponsors, and partners to maximize event impact
Event Management:
- Oversee the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring excellence in logistics, guest experience, and post-event evaluation
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to innovate and enhance event offerings continuously
- Utilize data analytics to assess event performance and gather insights for future improvements
Budget and Resource Management:

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in event management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of executing large-scale events, including corporate conferences, trade shows, and experiential marketing initiatives
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within a tech or innovative sector
- Advanced degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, Asana)
