Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Chief of Emergency Services to lead and oversee our emergency response operations at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in emergency services or disaster management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols, disaster recovery planning, and incident command systems
- Proven ability to manage large teams and complex emergency situations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior emergency services role within a government or large organization
- Certification as a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or similar credential
- Familiarity with relevant software and technologies for emergency management and data analysis
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in emergency management software and incident reporting systems
- Proficiency in data analysis tools for evaluating emergency response outcomes
- Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for mapping and planning purposes
