Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of EEO laws and regulations
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to identify trends and inform decision-making
Preferred:
- Experience developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Certifications related to EEO compliance or human resources
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
- Experience with data analytics tools to support EEO reporting
