Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Special Education Director to lead and enhance our programs dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young children with special needs. Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding early childhood special education.
- Lead a team of educators and support staff, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to foster professional development.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in early childhood special education, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, special education laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Certification in Early Childhood Special Education.
- Experience with program evaluation and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with various disabilities and the ability to tailor educational approaches accordingly.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
