Role Overview

- Maintain accurate documentation of children's progress and support the transition process for children moving to different educational settings.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Current state licensure as a Special Educator or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with children with special needs in an early childhood setting.
- Strong knowledge of developmental milestones, special education laws, and best practices in inclusive education.
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hybrid learning environment and familiarity with virtual instructional tools.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to engage families and foster strong partnerships with caregivers.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and tools to enhance learning experiences for children.
