Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Assistant E-Learning Manager to support the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of our digital learning initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging and effective e-learning content that meets the diverse needs of our learners.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of e-learning courses and modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Support the evaluation and enhancement of existing e-learning materials based on learner feedback and performance analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with educational best practices.
- Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) including course uploads, user management, and reporting.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for educators on the effective use of e-learning tools and platforms.
- Conduct research on emerging e-learning technologies and methodologies to inform future initiatives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-learning development or instructional design.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with multimedia production including video editing or graphic design.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design theories.
- Experience with data analysis to assess learning outcomes and course effectiveness.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and accessibility standards in e-learning.
