Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives at [$COMPANY_NAME]. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through innovative e-commerce strategies, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing the online sales funnel across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage and optimize product listings, including pricing, descriptions, and imagery to maximize conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media to drive traffic and sales
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics, optimize campaigns, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Implement best practices for user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction
- Stay current with e-commerce trends and technologies to continually innovate and improve the online store experience
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing with a proven track record of driving online sales
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Expertise in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies
- Understanding of supply chain logistics and inventory management in an e-commerce context
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, or similar tools for performance tracking
- Experience with HTML/CSS for basic website updates
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
