Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Education, or a related field.
- Experience working with youth in an educational or recreational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
Preferred:
- Experience in a teaching or assistant role in drama or performing arts.
- Familiarity with various dramatic techniques and performance styles.
- Ability to play a musical instrument or experience in stage production is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Basic knowledge of sound, lighting, and stage equipment.
- Proficiency in utilizing educational technology and tools for classroom engagement.
- Experience with scriptwriting or directing is a bonus.
