Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Dinkey Driver to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of our Dinkey vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols while enhancing the overall driving experience. Your expertise will guide our team in maximizing efficiency and maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Dinkey drivers, providing training and support to ensure adherence to operational standards and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement best practices for Dinkey operations to enhance safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor vehicle performance and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and safety checks.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize routes and improve service delivery.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback related to Dinkey services.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in transportation or logistics management, with a focus on vehicle operation and safety.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team and driving performance improvements.
- Strong knowledge of Dinkey vehicle operations and maintenance protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a remote operational environment, with a track record of successfully managing remote teams.
- Certifications in transportation safety or vehicle maintenance.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in vehicle management systems and GPS tracking technologies.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards related to Dinkey operations.
- Experience with data analysis tools to measure performance and operational efficiency.
