Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Manager to oversee our remote front office operations. This role is essential in ensuring that our virtual front office provides exceptional service and seamless operations, acting as the first point of contact for our clients and customers. You will spearhead initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance the customer experience by developing and implementing front office protocols, ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of front office staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient workflow
- Facilitate training and development programs for remote staff to promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to assess front office performance, identifying areas for improvement

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in front office management or customer service roles, preferably in a remote setting

- Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
Preferred:
