Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven VP of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts in driving qualified leads and enhancing our brand presence. In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for architecting a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with our business goals, utilizing both traditional and cutting-edge digital marketing techniques to foster growth and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy that encompasses inbound marketing, outbound marketing, content marketing, and lead nurturing initiatives
- Lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to foster a culture of innovation and excellence
- Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
- Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline operations and enhance lead management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to ensure alignment on lead qualification criteria and customer journey mapping
- Establish and manage the demand generation budget, measuring the success of initiatives against defined KPIs
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously refine our approach and maintain a competitive edge
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in demand generation or related marketing roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy
- Experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation platforms and CRM tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in technology or SaaS industries
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to track campaign performance
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM best practices and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email marketing and landing page optimization
