Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Head of Credit to lead our credit risk management function at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in credit risk management or related fields, with a proven track record in leading credit functions.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in credit assessment methodologies, including statistical modeling.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements within the financial services industry.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Experience with digital lending platforms and fintech innovations.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in credit risk software and analytics tools, such as SAS, R, or Python.
- Familiarity with credit scoring models and risk assessment techniques.
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools to present insights to stakeholders.
