Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Head Concierge to lead our dedicated concierge team in delivering exceptional service and personalized experiences to our clients. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the concierge team, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and attention to detail
- Design and implement innovative concierge services that anticipate and exceed client expectations
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and enhance the overall guest experience
- Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, attractions, and service providers to offer unique and personalized recommendations
- Monitor and evaluate concierge operations, utilizing client feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Manage special requests and resolve any guest issues with professionalism and efficiency
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a concierge or hospitality leadership role, with a proven track record of enhancing guest experiences
- Strong understanding of the luxury service market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse clientele
Preferred:
- Experience in a fully remote leadership position
- Proficiency in utilizing technology and software to manage concierge services and team performance
- Previous experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end service environments
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
