Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Client Services Manager to oversee the relationship with our key clients. This pivotal role involves ensuring client satisfaction, driving product adoption, and fostering long-term partnerships that contribute to our strategic goals. You'll leverage your expertise in account management to deliver tailored solutions and ensure that our clients achieve their desired outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their business objectives and challenges
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and support, to deliver seamless service and support
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for account growth and renewal
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss performance, deliverables, and opportunities for improvement
- Implement client feedback into service improvements and product enhancements
- Lead training sessions and onboarding for new clients to ensure successful adoption of our products
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or related roles within a technology or services environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple clients and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and client management tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Understanding of data analytics tools to assess client performance and satisfaction
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
