Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies, system architecture, and cloud technologies
- Strong experience in managing technology budgets and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Preferred:
- Experience in a startup or high-growth company environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with data analytics, machine learning, or AI technologies
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with modern development frameworks and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture
- Knowledge of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data management strategies
