Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights

Preferred:
- Experience in a high-growth environment or industry, particularly in technology or startups
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
