Role Overview
We are searching for a Lead Candy Puller who will be pivotal in overseeing the candy production process from start to finish. In this role, you will ensure the highest quality standards while driving efficiency and innovation in our candy-making operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the candy pulling team to ensure timely and efficient production runs
- Implement and optimize processes to enhance product quality and operational efficiency

Required and Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in food production or a related field, with a focus on candy making
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team
- Strong understanding of candy production processes and machinery
- Proven track record of achieving production goals and improving operational efficiencies
Preferred:
- Experience with automated candy production equipment
