Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Line Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. This role is critical in ensuring that production processes run efficiently, meet safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the production line operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in production management or a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Proven track record of managing production teams and achieving operational targets
Preferred:
- Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies and automation systems
- Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement accreditation
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
