Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 10 years of aviation experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with appropriate ratings
- Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards
- Proven experience in managing flight operations and pilot training programs
Preferred:
- Experience with flight operations management systems and safety management systems (SMS)
- Background in corporate or commercial aviation operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in flight operations software and scheduling tools
- Familiarity with aviation safety management systems and risk assessment methodologies
