Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Engineering Manager specializing in Air Pollution Control to lead our innovative engineering team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced air quality management strategies that comply with environmental regulations while promoting sustainable practices. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of air pollution control engineering projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.

- Conduct comprehensive air quality assessments and prepare technical reports to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

- Provide expert guidance on compliance with local, state, and federal air quality regulations, advising on necessary permits and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate training and mentorship for junior engineers and staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in air pollution control or environmental engineering, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
- In-depth knowledge of air quality regulations and compliance strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Environmental Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with air dispersion modeling software and other relevant analytical tools.
- Familiarity with emissions monitoring technologies and compliance reporting systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in air quality modeling software (e.g., AERMOD, CALPUFF).
- Experience with emissions inventory development and regulatory reporting.
- Knowledge of air pollution control technologies, such as scrubbers, filters, and catalytic converters.
