Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Agricultural Engineering Manager to lead innovative projects that enhance sustainable agricultural practices. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of agricultural engineering projects

- Collaborate with agronomists and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving crop yield and resource efficiency

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in agricultural engineering or a related field, including project management experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of agricultural systems, equipment, and sustainable practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field
- Experience with precision agriculture technologies and data management systems
- Proven track record of leading successful engineering projects in the agricultural sector
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB) and simulation tools
- Familiarity with agricultural machinery and equipment design and operation
- Understanding of data analytics and its application in agriculture
