Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our account management efforts by assisting in client communications, maintaining records, and ensuring a seamless workflow. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts by maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information in our systems
- Support account executives in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for client meetings

- Participate in team meetings to discuss account strategies and contribute ideas for improving client service
- Monitor account activities and assist in identifying opportunities for account growth
- Help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to client requests in a prompt and professional manner
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Preferred:
- Experience in account management or sales support roles
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A background in finance or business administration
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
