Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled .Net Web Development Manager to lead our dynamic web development team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in .Net web development with a proven track record in managing development teams
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET, C#, and MVC architecture
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
Preferred:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of database systems, including SQL Server and NoSQL
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
- Proficiency in performance profiling and optimization of .Net applications
