Commercial Lead - Beauty Vertical job description. ZURU's beauty vertical has built a portfolio from incubation to nearly half a billion dollars in retail sales across the world’s biggest retailers. This role is central to making ZURU's beauty brands dominate their respective categories while continuing to expand into new categories and markets as we build towards $1 billion.

Requirements

  • Own the execution of the global commercial strategy for the beauty vertical across pricing, distribution, trade investment and promotional architecture
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new and existing SKUs across markets, ensuring flawless launches that land with retail partners at scale
  • Work in close collaboration with in-market teams to define & execute the 4P strategy by market and channel, localising while protecting global brand consistency
