This role is central to making ZURU's beauty brands dominate their respective categories while continuing to expand into new categories and markets as we build towards $1 billion.
Requirements
- Own the execution of the global commercial strategy for the beauty vertical across pricing, distribution, trade investment and promotional architecture
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new and existing SKUs across markets, ensuring flawless launches that land with retail partners at scale
- Work in close collaboration with in-market teams to define & execute the 4P strategy by market and channel, localising while protecting global brand consistency
