We’re looking for a Customer Support Associate to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys solving problems and is eager to learn the technical side of support.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable speaking with clients on video calls
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn technical aspects of the product (training will be provided)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- 2- 3 years of Customer Support or Customer Service experience
