1-2 Week Paid Sprint | Remote | Potential for Permanent Role | Start Date ASAP
About the Role
We're building a platform that transforms natural language into fully interactive 3D environments. We're looking for an engineer to help build the intelligent orchestration layer that makes this possible – the system that understands spatial relationships, coordinates multiple AI agents, and composes coherent 3D scenes in real-time.
This is a paid 1-2 week sprint focused on a specific development task within our scene orchestration pipeline. You'll work closely with our team to tackle real technical challenges, and this sprint gives us both a chance to see how we collaborate. If we work well together, this could evolve into a permanent role shaping the future of AI-powered 3D creation.
What You'll Work On
3D Spatial Reasoning: Building systems that understand how objects relate to each other in 3D space – placement, scale, context, and physical logic
Scene Orchestration: Coordinating multiple AI services to compose coherent, interactive environments from user intent
Agentic Workflows: Designing intelligent agent systems that can make autonomous decisions about scene composition, asset selection, and spatial arrangement
What We're Looking For
Core Skills:
Strong Python development experience
Experience with 3D mathematics and spatial reasoning (vectors, transforms, coordinate systems)
Understanding of AI/ML systems and how to orchestrate them
Ability to design systems that make intelligent decisions about 3D scene composition
Bonus Skills:
Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar)
Familiarity with 3D engines or graphics pipelines (Unity, Unreal, Three.js)
Background in procedural generation or computational geometry
Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search
Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Understanding of real-time systems and optimization
What We Value
Strong communication skills – You'll be working alongside other team members, so clear collaboration is essential
Systems thinking – Ability to see how components fit together in complex architectures
Practical problem-solving – We value action-oriented engineers who can navigate ambiguity
Ownership mentality – Taking responsibility for your work and seeing it through
Passion for creative technology – Genuine excitement about empowering creators with AI
