The ideal candidate must display strong business acumen and the ability to leverage data insights to influence business strategies and outcomes to drive ROI with our talent through maintaining open, clear, and transparent communication with both internal and external key stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and the successful achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to Compensation and Benefits
- Lead internal communication strategies related to Compensation and Benefits
- Take ownership of and effectively manage all Job Descriptions within the Company
- Own end-to-end employee leave of absence (LoA) processes, documentation, and compliance
- Maximize the utilization efficiency of Dayforce through problem solving
- Proactively evaluates job descriptions through benchmarking and through ad hoc requests
- Responsible for compensation survey participation
- Support the Benefits Administration Manager in fulfilling compliance filings
- Maintain and regularly update processes within Dayforce
- Act as point-of-contact for Compensation and Benefits vendors
- Review and process change forms
- Complete ad-hoc reporting as needed
- Perform related duties as required
