Their focus is on building visually engaging and performance-driven content strategies across social platforms. They are now looking for a creative Social Media Manager who can elevate their presence with AI-powered content creation and structured social media management.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join on a B2B contract basis. This role requires expertise in AI-driven visual content creation, social media strategy, and community management. You will manage multiple brand accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, ensuring consistent, professional, and engaging content delivery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (e.g., Higgs Field, Sora, or similar), an eye for detail, and strong editing skills in Photoshop/Canva. You must be both creative and organized, capable of running content calendars, scheduling posts, and engaging with communities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation

  • Generate high-quality, realistic visuals using AI tools (Higgs Field, Sora, etc.)

  • Refine AI outputs, ensuring accuracy in details (logos, packaging, text, backgrounds)

  • Edit and polish visuals using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools

• Social Media Management

  • Manage multiple brand accounts (Instagram, TikTok, and potentially Pinterest, Snapchat, etc.)

  • Deliver at least 3 feed posts per day per account, plus stories and other content as needed

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal events

  • Use Later.com (or similar tools) for scheduling and social media administration

• Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments/messages promptly

  • Hide inappropriate or negative comments

  • Proactively grow account engagement and visibility

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

• Strong knowledge of AI image generation (Higgs Field, Sora, or equivalent tools)

• Advanced editing skills with Photoshop (or similar) to correct AI flaws and text inconsistencies

• Proficiency with Canva for additional content creation

• Familiarity with Later.com (or similar scheduling platforms)

• Exceptional attention to detail ability to spot and fix inconsistencies in AI outputs

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and content calendars

• Creative mindset with the ability to go beyond basic prompts to create unique and engaging visuals

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat marketing

• Knowledge of emerging AI tools and ability to adapt quickly
