About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Account Manager / Media Buyer who thrives on execution, optimization, and keeping operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who values deep focus, accountability, and long-term client relationships.
You'll work directly with the founder, managing and optimizing high-spend Meta campaigns (often $200k+ monthly), while also owning client communication, strategy updates, and cross-team coordination.
This is a role for someone who wants to grow, take responsibility, and operate as a true strategic partner to clients, not just push buttons.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Lead weekly performance & strategy calls with clients
Own Slack/email communication as the main point of contact
Manage scope, identify upsell opportunities, and protect account margins
Present data clearly to non-marketers and build client trust
Campaign Management & Optimization
Launch, monitor, and optimize Meta campaigns
Pull campaign/funnel data and identify performance patterns
Troubleshoot issues quickly (e.g., CPA spikes, creative fatigue)
Scale winning ads and request new assets when needed
Make day-to-day decisions in the account (major changes reviewed by the founder)
Strategy, Creative & CRO
Provide ad script recommendations (hooks, angles, CTAs)
Conduct creative analysis and support new concept development
Identify funnel issues and propose CRO improvements
Coordinate with video editors, designers, and internal teams to execute changes
Internal Team Collaboration
Act as the quarterback ensuring all teams stay aligned
Communicate clearly across editing, design, and strategy teams
Drive execution forward and remove bottlenecks
What We Expect From You
Must-Haves
2+ years running ads for info, e-commerce, or SaaS brands
$2M+ in managed ad spend
Strong understanding of funnels, not just ads
Fluent/native English & clear communication skills
Professional camera setup for weekly client calls
Copywriting experience (ad scripts, hooks, angles)
Funnel building/CRO familiarity
2+ years of client-facing experience
Ability to work from 2-3 PM onwards (AEDT) time zone
Analytical, data-driven mindset
Bonus Points
Experience in the agency/online coaching/info product space
Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
Salary & Working Hours
Salary: $3,500$ - 5,000 USD per month (depending on experience)
