We are looking for a part-time customer service representative to help our customers via email and chat, with a focus on providing friendly, fast, and personalized responses.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or DTC
- German on a native level, English solid
- Enjoy writing and can hit the right tone between casual and professional
- Experience with helpdesk tools (Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) - nice to have, but not a must
- Shopify basics are a plus
