Your Legacy Legal Care is seeking a Contract Estate Planning Drafting Attorney to support our growing estate planning and elder law practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys the technical side of the work—drafting, reviewing, and refining legal documents with precision and consistency. As a Contract Drafting Attorney, you will prepare and review estate planning documents based on design notes and instructions provided by our consulting attorneys. You will ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with client goals and Texas law.
Requirements
- Licensed Texas attorney in good standing
- Strong drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to interpret client goals and translate them into accurate legal documents
- Familiarity with estate planning or elder law preferred (training available)
- WealthCounsel experience is a plus
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple drafting assignments
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
