Requirements

We’re seeking a seasoned DevOps Lead to own and evolve our infrastructure strategy using modern cloud technologies. You’ll architect scalable solutions, build and mentor a high-performing team, and ensure our systems are reliable, secure, and cost-efficient. This is a hands-on leadership role in a collaborative environment, offering autonomy and significant influence over technical direction.

Responsibilities

• CI/CD & Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, secure, and automated deployments across environments.

• Infrastructure Leadership: Define and lead infrastructure strategy, architecture, and scalability planning. Build and manage the DevOps/infrastructure function.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather infrastructure requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure delivery alignment.

• Monitoring & Observability: Implement and manage comprehensive logging, monitoring, and alerting systems for operational visibility and incident response.

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Architect and manage scalable, secure systems on AWS and GCP, following best practices and cost optimization strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and support teams to align infrastructure with evolving product needs.

• Security & Compliance: Define, enforce, and audit infrastructure security policies and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Operational Ownership: Oversee the reliability, cost-efficiency, and uptime of cloud and on-prem systems.

• Team Development & Hiring: Recruit, mentor, and scale the infrastructure team. Define team responsibilities and delegate effectively to meet goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• Minimum of 10 years of overall working experience in relevant technology roles.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within DevOps or infrastructure.

• Strong practical experience architecting and managing infrastructure on AWS, with a focus on scalable compute, storage, networking, and database solutions, alongside exposure to event-driven and web application service patterns.

• Experience with GCP is a plus

• Strong knowledge of DevOps principles and modern infrastructure practices

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and containerization (Docker)

• Experience with Kubernetes and Helm in production environments

• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform

• Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and system integration

• Programming experience in at least one language (e.g., Python)

• Demonstrated ability to define and enforce security policies and controls

• Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, NewRelic)

• Proven leadership experience, including team management and hiring

• Excellent communication skills; able to work with customers and internal stakeholders

• Fluent in English
