About the Role

We are seeking experienced Panda3D Developers to contribute to an AI training project. In this role, you will use Panda3D to perform real-world 3D game development tasks and explain your workflows step by step. Your expertise will help enhance AI systems' understanding of game development, 3D graphics, and interactive simulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create and modify 3D games and simulations using Panda3D.
2. Work with Python, 3D models, animations, and game logic.
3. Develop and improve game mechanics, player controls, and interactive environments.
4. Debug technical issues and optimize game performance.
5. Complete advanced Panda3D development tasks and document your workflows step by step.
6. Create clear instructions and detailed prompts for game development tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Strong professional experience with Panda3D.
2. Hands-on experience with Python and C++ programming.
3. Good understanding of 3D graphics, game development, and simulation concepts.
4. Experience using GitHub for version control and code management.
5. Access to Panda3D and the ability to record your screen while completing tasks.
6. English proficiency of B2 level or higher.
7. Ability to clearly communicate and explain technical workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

1. A portfolio showcasing Panda3D or 3D game development projects.
2. A relevant master's degree or PhD.
3. Previous Human Data experience, such as data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
4. Experience optimizing 3D games and simulations.
