The Role
TheTechnical Project Managerisresponsible forbridging technical execution and project management to ensure successful delivery of projects from concept through completion. This role oversees technical solution design, project planning, stakeholder coordination, and delivery management whileremainingactively involved in technical implementation and decision-making. The position ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with both technical and businessobjectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee technical solutions for projects and service delivery requirements, including technology stack and implementation decisions.
- Remain actively involved in development activities, code reviews, troubleshooting, andmaintainingdevelopment standards.
- Develop project plans, delivery timelines, estimations, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate across design, QA, engineering, and stakeholder teams to manage expectations, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track project progress,identifyblockers proactively, and implement solutions tomaintainmomentum and delivery timelines.
- Manage scope changes and communicate technical and business trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical decisions, workflows, processes, and project learnings.
- Adapt communicationstyleeffectively for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and support overall business goals.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in software development, project management, product management, ora similarhybrid technical leadership role.
- Strong technical understanding with the ability toparticipatein technical discussions and make informed architectural decisions.
- Experience leading projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing timelines and deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic planning and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Highlyorganisedwith strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
- Passion for delivering high-quality solutions while balancing pragmatism, timelines, and businessobjectives.
