Requirements Overall Experience: Min 15 Years Architect Experience: Min 5 Years Cloud Solutions Experience: Min 3-5 Years Pre-sales Experience: Min 3 Years Local face for better connect. Multi cloud (with one primary- Azure/ AWS). Azure / AWS Solutions Architect Certifications PRIMARY SKILLS: Expertise in digital transformation with knowledge of Platform architecture (app and data), Microservice and micro front-end architecture Multi-cloud knowledge - Microsoft Azure and/or AWS cloud services Cloud migration and modernization services, frameworks, and tools In-Depth understanding of IAAS, PAAS, SAAS, containers (AKS/K8s) and Serverless services on Azure and AWS Architectural Patterns and Principles, Platform architecture, Design Patterns and Principles In-depth understanding of programming languages like C#, Java, JavaScript front-end frameworks and API frameworks (service mesh) Knowledge of Power Platform or other low code platforms Knowledge in Automation – Devops and RPA SECONDARY SKILLS: Enterprise application integrations Enterprise services such as search services and others Cloud Networking and Security, Application Gateways Understanding of Dynamics 365, SAP and other ERP/CRM solutions Understanding of modern architecture, tools and technologies Understanding of industry domains and trends NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS: Experience working with C-level stakeholders Excellent oral and written skills Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to details Effective communication and collaboration skills Leadership and mentoring skills Persuasion and negotiation skills Working with Offshore teams ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for understanding of customer’s business context, need and drivers, respond to RFI (Request for Information), RFPs (Request for Proposal). Responsible for working with various stakeholders in converting from RFI/RFP to deal closure Responsible for creation and modification of technical platform Architecture for modern platforms Client facing role in the pre-sales process as a key member, working with various teams to develop winnable and deliverable right fit solution that meet the customer’s requirement. Lead conversation with customer’s CXO level stakeholder to ensure alignment of solution with customer. Communicate Architecture to key stakeholders, technical and non-technical team members Create winning proposals, create estimates, identification of resources and roadmap for execution Conduct full technical discovery, identifying pain points, establish business, and technical requirements, “as is” and “to be” state Lead detailed technical assessments of current state of enterprise and architect a path for enterprise digital transformation Provide technical leadership, guidance, and assistance to the teams in the implementation of established architectures and designs Responsible for creating assets, standards and guidelines for technical teams at project or organization level Work with Architects from other disciplines to build and right solutions, ideate and evaluate new tech areas.
