Pre-sales Digital Architect role.
Remote in US. Full-time.

As a Pre-Sales Digital Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to the sales and business development teams to drive sales of digital enterprise solutions. You should have experience in building enterprise solutions using open stack and COTs technologies as a lead technology architect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify opportunities and drive sales of digital enterprise solutions.
  • Meet with prospective customers to understand their business requirements and develop technical solutions to address their needs.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, demos, and proofs of concept to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with competency teams to ensure that proposed solutions align with product capabilities and roadmap.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital enterprise architecture.
  • Preparing proposals and estimates for the design and implementation of IT systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote digital enterprise solutions and build brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 15 - 20 years of experience in digital enterprise architecture, CRM and similar roles
  • Must have Experience in Opens tack technologies – Angular, React micro-front end, microservices etc.
  • Hands on experience in building integration frameworks leveraging cloud native services.
  • Strong understanding of digital enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies, such as TOGAF and Zachman.
  • Must have experience with cloud computing, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on driving results and meeting customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Salesforce or ServiceNow Experience is a plus.
