Job Summary:

The Sales Advisor OEM is a key role that focuses on building strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and driving business growth. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, technical know-how, and strategic thinking to effectively promote, sell, and produce products tailored to OEM needs. Your responsibility extends to managing cross-functional partnerships within XPEL to introduce and implement new projects for OEM clients.

  • Be a primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with Tier I &

Tier II OEM’s (clients)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with clients
    • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
    • Ensures that clients are consistently satisfied with the organization's product

and services, and resolves escalated issues or up-selling opportunities.
• Evaluates the client's needs and proposes potential solutions to the

Managing Director.

  • Monitor and analyze market usage of our product; introducing new products
    • Reviews full portfolio performance quarterly with the Managing Director & Sr.

Manager Key Accounts to identify areas of opportunities
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates
• Meet or exceed both revenue and gross margin objectives outlined by

management

  • Manage and develop assigned area business relationships by providing

management summary reports as required.

  • Collaborate with management and cross-functional partners such as the

Corporate OEM Department, Customer Services and Operations

departments, to forecast product sales, create initiatives and set targets
• Perform individual market analyses within assigned area to develop new

customer strategies, and driving the pragmatic follow-up of new sales plans
• Represent the Company in various civic and community functions to further

enhance its image and develop additional business.

Job Requirements
• Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering or

related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 5 years professional sales experience, within the automotive

industry

  • Strong understanding of OEM business models and market dynamics
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Make appropriate judgments, keeping customer service, safety, and time

sensitivity a priority

  • Outgoing personality and a professional appearance and attitude
    • Mandatory to communicate verbally in both English and German
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Preferred experience with MS Power-BI
