The Distribution Sales Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting North American distribution partners by coordinating product availability, managing Salesforce activities, analyzing sales and backlog data, and ensuring accurate distributor-facing information.
Requirements
- Experience in sales operations, distribution support, or commercial operations, preferably in a manufacturing or B2B environment
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and ERP systems (SAP S/4 preferred)
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working cross-functionally
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
