Applications Engineer

XP Power is a global leader in providing essential power solutions to various sectors. We are seeking a customer-focused Application Engineer to support AC/DC and DC/DC power supply solutions for North American customers and distributor partners based in the Philippines.

Requirements

• Provide timely technical support and respond to enquiries from North American distributor sales teams and customers
• Deliver product training to distributors and channel partners
• Recommend and support design-in of power supply solutions based on customer requirements
• Perform basic electrical testing and validation for customer-specific applications (as needed)
• Troubleshoot application issues related to integration, EMI/EMC, and thermal performance
• Act as primary or secondary technical contact with suppliers in Asia supporting North American business
• Coordinate with North America Applications Engineering to resolve technical questions and customer concerns
• Document technical details of customer engagements and customized solutions in the company CRM system
